An Intimate Lenten Retreat in Baltimore

The Lenten season is a sweet gift the church mothers and fathers have given us to prepare our hearts to walk more intimately with Jesus in the agony of His suffering and the joy of His resurrection.  Lent was designed to be a season of coming home to Jesus from those places where we have drifted in our attachments to other loves.

We with Coracle in Baltimore have come to treasure the gift of communally coming together early in the Lenten season to orient our hearts to more deeply enter into attuning to Jesus in the weeks leading up to Easter.

This year we are returning to the more intimate setting of Greg and Kit Elmer's home replete with three warm fireplaces indoors and firepits and spacious woods outdoors.  The intimacy will be enhanced by the smaller size of the group that will allow us to gather comfortably around the fire.  We will journey together drawing on music, Scripture, and art to fuel our ability to imaginatively connect with Jesus.

Suggested Donation: $50 per person

** We believe that finances should never be a barrier to anyone who wants to pursue God through programs and resources we offer. The Lord has always been faithful to provide through those who feel led to support offerings like these by giving at or above the donation levels or simply by financially suporting our work.
